1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LibraryOfNiche ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

LibraryOfNiche provides access to a library of PLR (private-label rights) articles and an AI-powered transformation engine. You spend points to transform articles into blog posts, social threads, video scripts, or email sequences. The AI-generated output is intended as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking content before publishing.

3. Points and payments

• Points are purchased via Stripe or granted through subscription plans.
• Points are non-refundable except when a transform fails due to a verified service error, in which case points are automatically refunded to your account.
• Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard.
• Unused points do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute the underlying article content library.
• Attempt to circumvent point deductions, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated tools to mass-generate content at a rate that abuses the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5. Content ownership

The source articles in our library are PLR content available for use in content creation. AI-transformed output is generated uniquely for you — you own the transformed content you produce and may publish it under your own name. We retain no claim over your transformed content.

You grant us a limited license to store and serve your transformed content back to you via the Service.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or factual errors. The cited sources are real, but you are responsible for verifying all statistics and claims before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without your own review.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Remaining unused points are forfeited on voluntary account deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LibraryOfNiche is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
